6 lecturer-scientists and 60 musicians brought together for a show combining theatricalized scientific presentations with a musical performance, featuring an original jazz-inspired work composed for the occasion and designed to explain key astrophysical concepts to a general audience.

The 8 cellos at IPSL's 30th anniversary

For the 30-year anniversary of Institut Pierre-Simon Laplace (IPSL), I had the chance to perform with my friends as the leader of an eight-cellist group.

Each cellist symbolized one of the eight laboratories that make up IPSL. We played three pieces of music, each representing a component of the Earth system: the oceans, the atmosphere, and the continental surfaces.
